Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-075/17, formulada por la Secretaría de Educación Departamental de Nariño.
La entidad adujo que la Corte incurrió en un error al ordenarle solamente a ella el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la referida providencia, cuando debió hacerlo también a la Secretaría de Educación Municipal de Pasto, para que conjuntamente se pudiera disponer el traslado de la accionante en los términos del fallo.
La Sala precisa que la petición no está fundamentada en la falta de claridad de la providencia, sino que está dirigida a variar su alcance.
Con base en la anterior consideración se NIEGA la aclaración pedida.
